Mood Cafe is looking for a proficient baker or cook for two days a week, with option to increase to more days later in the year. We are a vegan based cafe which has recently opened, catering for the vegan audience in Central London, Holborn.
The ideal candidate would have had
- experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
- able to multi-task.
- should have a background in cooking South East
Asian (not Indian) and fusion cooking. - Experience in baking cakes and breads
- Ability to work fast
- Take initiative and be creative
- Ability to learn and follow recipes
- At least 1 years cooking experience
- Passionate about food
- Should be following Hare Krishna principles and be a devotee
