Radha Krishna Records
Radha Krishna Records is a not-for-profit record label owned by
the Radha-Krishna Temple, ISKCON-London. We currently have the following opportunities available to volunteer for:
· Marketing, sales and distribution assistants who can assist Radha Krishna Records with sales of physical CDs e.g. via as many temples around the world and/or online distribution i.e. promoting iTunes and the website to encourage people to download or mail order CDs
· Contracts assistant - someone who can draw up contracts for the musicians and artists
· Volunteers with good proofreading skills who can proofread album credits
· Donation of a computer. This will enable Radha Krishna Records to reduce recording studio costs as it will mean that the studio will not be required for tasks such as editing vocals and other instruments which can take anywhere between one to three days per song.
Designers
· We are looking for volunteers with good graphic design experience and access to design software who can design eye-catching information leaflets, flyers and posters (content will be provided)

Yoga is the control of the mind with the goal of spiritual peace and religious progress. It is founded on ethical conduct and calm-inducing mental habits. Physical practice begins with postures (asanas) which train the body-mind complex. The next step is breath control (pranayama), a direct means of controlling the mind. Linked with this is the control of the sense organs. Meditative states, the culmination of Yoga, are the fruit of practice arising from stilling the senses and concentrating the mind.
Shyam Mehta is a certified yoga teacher from 30 years and follows the Iyengar method, which is known worldwide for its safe, progressive instruction in a wide range of postures and breath control techniques. Based on detailed, accurate knowledge, the method is also known for its efficacy in treating health problems through Yoga.
Shyam is committed to the ethics and philosophy of Yoga. He observes his students carefully and helps them to progress in a nurturing learning environment.
