Ladies Sanga

Every Thursday at 6.00pm
This is our weekly gathering for ladies where we discuss spiritual science, practice meditation, and have a vegetarian meal.
Sanga is a Sanskrit word that means “assembly”, “association”, and “community”. Join us every Thursday (ladies only) for an evening consisting of activities such as meditation, reading and discussing philosophy, singing and dancing, eating together, making new friends, and much more! We gather together to support each other in spiritual practice, develop faith, open our hearts and learn from each other.
Location: Seminar Room (3rd floor)
June Sessions:
6th June - Tips to improve our chanting - Open Discussion
13th June - Kirtan Mela (In memory of Janaki)
20th - Sharing our realizations - Open Discussion
27th June - Quiz & Picnic at Russell Square (If the weather does not permit we will meet in the Seminar Room instead.)
