Due to government/NHS advice, the weekly Monday yoga classes have been cancelled until further notice. This is due to the nature of yoga classes involving the sharing of equipment etc.

Yoga has many benefits but primarily, a regular yoga practice helps our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing at all stages of life. In these yoga sessions you will also learn how easily you can incorporate a simple yoga regime into your daily schedule.

We aim to spread love, wellbeing and positivity so that you can lead a peaceful and balanced life, in harmony with other people and nature. These yoga classes will be fun, creative and dynamic, which will include pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures) and mantra meditation in a relaxing environment. Our teachers are all practising spiritualists so they will be also happy to sometimes share timeless philosophy and wisdom that you can practically apply in any aspect of modern life. We will help you realign your body, mind and soul with goals that bring steady personal growth and fulfilment.

The sessions will be facilitated by our qualified yoga instructors Brioni, Elizabeth, Lucie and Sophie. We strongly believe that yoga is for everyone and we welcome people of all ages, shapes, sizes, ethnicity and so on. So please come check us out and bring a friend too!

Elizabeth is a higher level British wheel of yoga teacher. She teaches a safe, gentle, inclusive breath-based practise with a caring and humorous attitude. She encourages clients to find what works for each of them. Her teaching allows you the space to challenge the mind, shut off from the outer world and journey inwards with her unique blend of nourishing sequencing.

Brioni grew up immersed in the yogic culture, however it wasn’t until later in life during her career in business that she really opened her heart to the practice and could appreciate the wonderful journey of balance and self realisation that would ensue as a result. Having spent four years traveliing in Asia including India and ashrams studying the philosophy and practice of yoga, she then took her YTT certification in 2016 and has been teaching worldwide ever since. Her aim is to share this love of the practice on a physical, emotional, mental and ultimately spiritual level.

Fee (payable by cash or card at the door): £10 drop in per class / £45 for 5 classes / £80 for 10 classes / Special student discount  of £7 drop in per class for each student with a valid student ID
