What does it mean to be human? The sacred text Śrīmad Bhāgavatam gives us the answers. Once we develop qualities of a human we can overcome stress and anxiety and practice better spiritual life.

The Vedic scriptures and specifically the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam which is said to be the cream of the Vedas gives us a lucid and descriptive explanation of what it means to be a 'happy human'. It also describes the social structure that can better facilitate the happy human becoming perfect and returning to the spiritual realm.

In this seminar, we will discuss these qualities and ways to implement them into our lives.

Course Outline:

  • Qualities of a genuine human being
  • How to practically imbibe these desirable qualities
  • How to overcome stress and anxiety for a peaceful spiritual practice
