Ayurveda Seminar & Consultation

The science of holistic wellbeing

Date: Sunday 13th May

Ayurveda is the oldest medicine in the world. With a well-chosen herbal preparation and a modified diet, you can boost your immunity, recharge with energy, get rid of toxins and improve your overall health condition.

The term Ayurveda is derived from two Sanskrit words: 'ayus' meaning life and 'vid' meaning knowledge. The 'science of life', Ayurveda, is increasingly popular the world over, as people look for alternatives to allopathic care.

The Ayurvedic teachings have huge amounts of valuable insights into all aspects of our lives, from the food we eat, the times we rest and rise and overcoming various health problems.
