"O my Lord, Your holy name alone can render all benediction to living beings, and thus You have hundreds and millions of names like Krishna and Govinda. In these transcendental names You have invested all Your transcendental energies. There are not even hard and fast rules for chanting these names. O my Lord, out of kindness You enable us to easily approach You by Your holy names, but I am so unfortunate that I have no attraction for them."
Lord Caitanya, Siksastakam

London Mellows is our annual kirtan weekend, inaugurated in 2016 on the year of ISKCON’s 50th Anniversary,  that takes place at ISKCON-London, with kirtaneers chanting in front of Their Lordships, Sri Sri Radha-Londonisvara, and Srila Prabhupada in the Temple Room.

We are looking for special photos from days gone by - specifically of early days at Bury place or Soho Street.

We would prefer that you do not upload pictures post 1985 unless it is something EXCEPTIONAL.

Here is the place to go and upload your photo - it should be self explanatory how to do it:

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you for the big event in November.

Four kirtan albums by ISKCON artists, most of them second-generation devotees, made the Top 20 Conscious Music Albums of 2015 list on the international station Soul Traveller Radio this January.

It was a nice surprise to find out on the first day of 2016 that Radha-Krishna Records album, Inevitable Time has made it to 16th position. The album was entered into the competition one day before the end and very quickly moved up the rank.

Ahimsa Pujari Department

Our Pujari Council recently agreed to move towards providing Their Lordships with milk products that are not derived from the exploitation of cows.

We have now stopped using milk powder. Pujari cooks have easily adjusted to making sweets etc without milk powder. We are continuing to use approximately 100 litres of milk from the Goshala at Bhaktivedanta Manor. Also, after extensive research managed to source Ahimsa Ghee, and took our first delivery of 100kg. We are now looking at making our own yogurt with the milk that we get from the Goshala.

To help supoort you can make your donation through our online donations page.
