New Volunteering Opportunities

We have a variety of new volunteering opportunities that we need your support with. These include Food for Life and Temple Broadcast. We need to fill these services up quickly so please do get in touch at the earliest. We would very much appreciate any help you can offer.

Guest Care Team - Do you remember the first time you stepped into the temple? Were you greeted with a warm and friendly welcome? Would you like to help provide a great experience to others? We are looking for volunteers for:

  • Guest Greeters - Please give your smiles and enthusiasm to welcome the new jivas to Krishna's home! Greeters are needed in particular for the Sunday Feast programme and festivals. Training will be provided.
  • Guest Follow-Up Coordinator - The role involves leading a team of follow-up callers, providing training to new follow-up callers, and providing input into the guest follow-up process. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated devotee with a preaching spirit and can-do attitude to take on a crucial part of guest care at ISKCON-London.
Opportunity to do the service from home.
  • Guest Follow-Up Callers - If you would like to do some service from home, keeping in touch with new guests by calling them is a great opportunity to serve the community.

Open Day Event Organisers - The Open Days run a few times a year at ISKCON-London. Become part of a diverse and dynamic team of volunteers desirous of giving the souls in London a unique taster of Krishna Consciousness that will inspire them to continue in the path. Volunteers with event management or project management skills required. The last few Open Days have been a success and we are now looking to grow the planning team and make the Open Days an even greater success. Full induction to the service will be provided.
Opportunity to do the service from home.

Saturday Cleaning Team - Become part of an enthusiastic and lively team cleaning the Temple for the pleasure of Their Lordships on Saturdays* from 10.30 pm to 12.30 pm. This is a service undertaken by Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu Himself. He observed Gundica-marjana, the washing and cleansing of the Gundica Temple, with great jubilation to welcome Lord Jagannath, Baladeva and Subhadra.
* For the service to take place, it depends on a few volunteers being present on the day so please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in advance if interested.

Closet Krishna, ISKCON-London's charity shop -

  • Stock generation - Contacting companies to organise one-off or regular support, motivating them to donate stock for sale in our charity shop.
  • Promotion of the shop - E.g. via telesales and occasional events.
